What we see in our homes is an extension of who we are, something we
strive to define and enhance. Our role is to serve as a catalyst for making a
home or work space a healthy, happy and satisfying place to be. Eudora
Welty has written, "Our habitations and the other environments we make are
evidence that we have lived, are alive now; evidence some day that we were
alive once, evidence against the arguments of time and the tricks of history."
That works for me.
